Ms. Pizzano [email protected]
Ms. Pizzano is a graduate of Salem State University where she played softball and has been teaching at the Galvin Middle School for 23 years. During that time she also served as the varsity field hockey coach at Wakefield High School for 12 years, leading her team to the state tournament in eight of those years. In her spare time Ms. Pizzano enjoys playing softball, golf, going to the beach, and walking.
Ms. Sousa [email protected]
Ms. Sousa is entering her fifth year as a member of the Galvin Middle School Physical Education and Health Department. She graduated from Salem State University with a degree in Fitness and Wellness. Ms. Sousa also holds a Master's Degree in Health Education from Cambridge College. Currently, she is the adviser for the Youth Action Team and also coaches the Galvin Cross Country team. In her spare time, Ms. Sousa enjoys running and watching our local sports teams.
Mrs. Stevenson [email protected]
Mrs. Stevenson has taught at the Galvin Middle School for 18 years. She graduated from Keene State College where she played soccer and softball with a degree in Fitness Studies and worked in the private sector for several years before becoming a teacher. Mrs. Stevenson coached soccer for more than nineteen years and also coached basketball. When she isn't at school Mrs. Stevenson spends her spare time on the beach, skiing, playing soccer, and enjoying her three young children.
Mr. Vaillancourt [email protected]
Mr. Vaillancourt is going into his eleventh year as a physical education teacher at Galvin Middle School. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Mr. Vaillancourt coached the freshmen baseball team for two years at the beginning of his teaching career and now focuses on running a variety of after school activities including intramural sports, community service club, and chess club. Outside of school Mr. Vaillancourt spends his time coaching his children's soccer, baseball, and basketball teams, playing pickup basketball, skiing, and going to the beach with his family.

Mr. Tolios is entering his third year at Galvin Middle School as a Physical Education and Health teacher. He is a graduate of Endicott College with a bachelors degree in Athletic Administration and Education, a Masters degree in Education, and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Educational Leadership program. Mr. Tolios is the defensive coordinator for the Wakefield Varsity Football team and also spends time coaching basketball and baseball in other districts.

Mr. Lawrence joined the Galvin Middle School physical education and health department in 2016. He previously taught physical education and health in Everett where he was also the boys hockey coach. He is a graduate of Boston University were he was a student athlete for Men's Ice Hockey team. Mr. Lawrence is also the Head Coach of the WMHS girls varsity hockey team as well many other teams around the area.
